Who we are

KeenFace is operated by KeenTools LLC, M. Khorenatsi street 26A, office 210, 0010 Yerevan, Republic of Armenia ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the KeenFace website, web app and API (together, "the service").

Your account

You need an account to create heads. Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits and payment

Head generation and downloads use credits. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Your photos and heads

You keep the rights to the photos you upload and to the heads the service makes from them. You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload, including the consent of the people shown in it. We use your photos only to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to create content depicting people without their consent, or to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on this page before they take effect.
